I need shapewear, girdle, corset, something!!
OK, I'm 3 months out, have lost roughly 35 pounds and my large abdomen is sagging into an abdomenal panniculus (apron) which is Grade 1 (covers the top of the pubic area). I'm starting to fit into regular clothes. But this lower abdominal area is spoiling the looks of everything!
My question is if anyone has a recommendation for an undergarment which can lift and hold this in. Most stuff Ive bought just smashes it.
Yes, this is embarrassing. I know that IF I decide to go for plastics, I won't want to do anything for at least a year. In the meantime, ....Yuck! Thanks.

I am in the same boat as you. I use Spanx but I hear lipoinabox.com is good!

I've always worn a brand I buy at JCPenney. The brand is Underscore. It has 3 different control panels---a light, medium, and heavy. I always get the medium. It has a panel in the tummy area and support all over. It's more comfortable than a girdle, and really helps. I wear them all the time. My tummy area isn't really bad, I carry most of my weight on arms and legs. But I've had 2 C-Sections and was over 260 for 5 years and overweight my entire life.
